I’m so glad you made it! My name is Kristen and I hope you don’t mind if I sip on some peppermint tea while we chat.

This blog was born in 2012 when my husband Stevie and I moved from Atlanta to Boston so I could share about city life and muse on the differences between the American south and New England (spoiler alert: they don’t understand the concept of sweet tea. And I didn’t understand what they were saying when I kept hearing “wicked smaht”.)

We’ve lived in a lot places over the years, bouncing from Northern California to Boston to New York City (sometimes even "living" on the campground of KOAs across the southwest...), and we have settled in a cozy little suburb of Atlanta, Georgia. This blog serves as both a record of our family adventures together and as a source of inspiration for others who share in the millennial pursuit of doing family life and chasing dreams!

I love sharing about wellness, motherhood, healthy recipes, family travel and natural beauty finds. With a pinch of style and home and exercise because it’s just so hard to limit my interests (#sorrynotsorry).
